Please note our small stage (4m x 3m) can accommodate up to 7 players maximum and our small venue can accommodate up to 80 guests. You must include your date preferences, promo material for marketing purposes and a paragraph that describes what the audience should expect. If one of your musicians is yet to be confirmed please advise TBC. Let us know if you would like NIMA to link you in with local musicians to support your performance.

 

Please note that NIMA is usually booked out 3-4 months in advance. We are a volunteer not-for-profit organisation run by volunteers and will endeavour to respond to your request within 5 business days. Over the Christmas/New Year period NIMA takes a 4 week break.

Bookings for 2026 will open in October.
