With glowing coverage in guitar and music press across the world, Adam has toured the globe, performing in the USA, Canada, UK, Germany, France, Italy, Denmark, The Netherlands, Sweden, Poland, Japan, Australia & even Afghanistan for the Australian and Allied Forces.
Adam Miller released his 8th solo album, Beyond Reason, 28 April 2023 on esteemed guitarist Charlie Hunter’s label SideHustle Records. “Charlie has been such a huge influence on not just my playing, but also how to go about surviving, and evolving in the music industry. MIRA | Tuesday 10 September
MIRA is a journey to the roots of South American music. After living and performing in Australia for over a decade, jazz-trained Chilean vocalist Magdalena Mira felt a longing to reconnect with the music deep within her soul. “As much as you do, as far as you go,” she says, “the roots are the strongest thing.” Magdalena has brought together a band of players who are all passionately immersed in the music of their ancestors. Combined with Magdalena’s unique jazz phrasing, improvisation and composition, MIRA is the rhythm, sweat, and harmony of South American roots animated by a contemporary spirit. Wherever you trace your own roots, MIRA will move you.

3Degrees | Tuesday 17 September
3Degrees is the hip hop & horns sensation that has taken Newcastle by storm since their debut in 2023. Bringing together the region's hottest jazz horns, the phattest groove engine around and Aussie hip hop royalty Wiz & Kid (Blades), they bring the party with a unique sound and style that will get you bopping!
This collective of experienced musicians have been staking their claim on the local scene, opening for Harry James Angus (The Cat Empire) and lining up festival appearances (Newcastle Jazz Fest, West Best Bloc Fest), as well as their own high energy headliner shows. Inspired by groups like the Roots, Hilltop Hoods, Soul Rebels, Hot 8 and Dirty Dozen, 3Degrees has a sound inspired by modern New Orleans street beats, yet uniquely Australian. These musicians have performed all around the world with various acts, and are now joining forces to create a global sound with deep local roots!
